Cirus Andreu has gained over 30 years of experience as a lead portfolio manager of Pension Funds, Investment Funds, and institutional portfolios. He has a good track record of investing and managing illiquid assets over 20 years, namely direct real estate, infrastructure, and private equity investments. He has held senior management roles at Banco Sabadell with overall responsibility for the entire investment management platform, savings and investment products offering and capital markets research. He has served as Chairman, CEO and Chief Investment Officer at Sabadell Asset Management, as well as at Iberagentes Fondos and Crédit Lyonnais Pensiones. He started his investment career at American International Group, Inc. (AIG), where he reached the position of Managing Director.

A business studies graduate and holder of a MBA from ESADE, Cirus Andreu has completed finance studies at McGill University (Canada) and HEC Paris. He holds the European Financial Adviser (EFA) professional designation. He has served as vice chairman of the Spanish Financial Analysts´ Institute for 6 years.

Cirus speaks Spanish, Catalan, French and English.
